If you are not completely satisfied with your furniture and want to return it, please mail it to us within 30 days in the original shipping box, undamaged, unassembled and with shipping prepaid. Only products returned in this manner and in original condition will receive a refund.
Also, all Fatpatio furniture is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship, provided it is assembled properly and subjected to normal use. We do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, abusive use, the normal changes in wood from sunlight, rain, ice, snow, etc.
We don't charge a delivery fee for returns; however, original delivery charges are not refundable. Credit card orders will receive a credit for the original purchase price.
