We take a lot of pride in the design and quality of our outdoor furniture, and we want you enjoy it for years to come. All our furniture is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase.

1. When the product is used in excess of normal use and service, or in excess of its capacities and design functions, or in abnormal conditions.
2. When the product experiences normal wear and tear.
3. When the wood discolors or fades or develops minor checking over time. This is a normal process for wood caused by exposure to weather, including rain and ultraviolet light.
4. When damage occurs in shipment or damage results from accidents, mishandling, faulty assembly, freezing, misuse or misapplication, neglect or abuse.
5. When the product or any part thereof has been tampered with, altered or repaired by anyone other than warrantor or suffers damage attributable to an act of God.
6. Other than to cover the replacement of or credit for a defective part.
