We're so confident you'll be delighted with our products that if you are not completely satisfied, just call or email us within two weeks of receipt to let us know.
FOR ANY RETURNED ITEM
- The two-week period starts on the date the product is delivered to your address.
- We do not refund initial shipping or handling charges.
- Products purchased during a sale will be refunded the sale price.
- Products sold in a bundle are often sold at a discounted price. If one of the products from a bundled purchase is returned, the refund amount will equal the discounted price for the returned product.
- Returned products must be complete and undamaged to receive a full refund.
- If a returned product is damaged or incomplete, we will assign a dollar amount for loss and/or damage. This valuation is at our sole discretion, and the dollar amount for loss and/or damage will be deducted from the purchase price before a refund is issued.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Call or email us to request a return.
- We will email you a return label (or labels).

If you return a product without first submitting a return request or without waiting for a return label to be emailed to you, we will not refund the shipping charges you incurred for shipping us the unauthorized return.
- Re-box the item(s) to be returned. Items must be packaged securely, preferably in the original Fatpatio packaging.
- Affix the return label(s) to the package(s) and drop off at the appropriate service center for the carrier indicated on the return label.

For multi-package returns that require more than one label, every label must be used in order for the full refund to be properly processed.
AFTER YOU MAIL YOUR RETURN
- Allow 3 to 7 days for your return to arrive at our shop, depending on your location, weather conditions, and seasonal shipping delays.
- Allow another 1 to 3 days for your return to be processed. (We try to process returns within 24 hours of receipt.)
- We will inspect the product to insure that it is complete and undamaged and the return instructions have been followed.
- If the return is complete and undamaged, your credit card will be refunded and a credit memo will be created and emailed to you.
- If the return is incomplete and/or damaged, your credit card will be refunded, less the assigned dollar value for the loss and/or damage.
- Allow 3 to 5 days for the credit card refund to go through.

If we do not receive the product within 21 days of the return label(s) being emailed, the return will be closed, and no refund will be issued.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns of customized products (such as special orders) or any sale items.
